Event management software offers improved hotel integration, session scheduling and proxy registration

WingateWeb Conference 4.7 provides event planners more efficiency, flexibility, and productivity with improvements to many areas of the software. One example is a new master session scheduler with intuitive drag-and-drop functionality and error-checking to ensure session, speaker and room compatibility. Several enhancements were also made to critical finance reporting and management areas.

Other key improvements include:

Hotel Management Tools: The seamless hotel integration system has been streamlined and optimized to better manage the details of the hotel room block.
Hotel Roommate Matching Tools: This module has been improved to better match attendees and manage last-minute changes in billing and length of stay.
Exhibitor Management Tools: Exhibitors will experience a more efficient process to manage all aspects of their event participation, including staff registration and booth selection.
Proxy Registration Tools: Another improvement allows one person to register several attendees for the event.
